I too have recently found that I have been scammed by these people. I was checking my bank statement for something i thought I had renewed and came across this company who i had never heard of.
I tried calling their phone number and was unable to reach a human until today. When I first called they asked me to enter my credit card number to cancel the subscription. I did not. I waited til today and was able to reach one of their representatives. Apparently they got my information when I signed up for Classmates.com.
I told them that I had read all the complaints on them and that they were a scam company and I wanted my money back. Although they denied that they were doing anything illegal they did refund my monies. Believe it or not, they had been taking these monies for seven months before I discovered it. They have since sent me an email cancelling my "phony" subscription and claim that I will have all my monies back within 3 to 5 days.
I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I will also contact my bank to make sure that no unauthorized transactions to them will be allowed.
