I signed up for a free trial and paid postage and handling. I have not received any product. I phoned the brisbane number on the website and spoke to sam who had an american accent. She advised i could not request a refund until i returned the product which i don't have. I requested she cancell my account and was advised this was done. When i receive my product which supposedly is in transit and return it i can then call the toll free number 8885630374 and request a refund.
