Given they gave me 12 days to cancell, (small print) i thought id just cancell. They were closed over the holiday period so I rang the 0808 number in the terms and conditions on the 2nd jan to cancell all further transactions. They wouldnt honor the holiday period which took me over the 12day trail period. So the money couldnt be refunded. Read every thing before you buy and cancell well within the 12days. The £74.95 is actually for the trail creams you recieve...
