Ordered free trail bottle of african mango metaburn. After submitting the order there was no email confirming order or contact today a month after ordering products i received them in the post. The bottle of african mango was sealed on the outside but the inner bottle top seal was only half sealed, havent opened the metaburn bottle. There was no invoice in the package only senders name and address on the front of package. Found customer service contact number on bottle. I phoned and asked for my order to be cancelled and explained how it had only arrived today. I was informed that another monthly amount had been taken out of my credit card, and i should of contacted them 7days after submitting the order for the trail pack to cancell. I asked to speak to the supervisor as that was the only person that could help me but the supervisor wasnt there. I asked for the supervisor to be informed of my complaint and my money to be refunded or i will be reporting this matter further. How can you decide if you want to cont or cancell a product until you get the product. To me my 30day trail should of started when i received the product and to falsely take money from cards for something that has not even been recieved.
