Brought two creams worth $5.95 paid by card. Didn't order the free eye cream as they would send that each month just wanted what i had ordered and paid for. Bank statement arrived and they had changed the name to Creamcareskin.com and taken $74.95 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, in feb and again in march. Phoned Barclay's Bank and told them and was told i would have to wait 31days, as they had to give them notice. I then found a number Corfu 0808 1683685 i phoned them, and was told that i could not cancell the order, as i had 16 days to cancell and i hadn't, so it would continue. I went mad and told the guy to cancell immediatly and put the money back into my account, if not i would contact Watchdog the new'spaper's and spread the word about this company as it is robery. He told me he could give me half my money back, i told him no way i want all of my money back pronto. Today i went to my bank and it is where it belong's in my account. I would advise all you people that have been robbed to take action phone them and give them hell, like i did. Good luck to you. Chris.
