I called into the customer servcie department to cancell this account and they would not let me. They said I had to call back on 4-1 because that is when the trail period ended. I explained to the man that I wanted to do it today and it stated that any time during the trail period you could cancell. I continued to ask for a supervisor and I was told there were none available. This man was rude and could not tell me why I could not cancell today except I had to wait until tomorrow. I feel as if they want people to forget to cancell so that they can continue to charge you. Please look into their practices
