I purchuse 2 phones from www.t-mobile.com i received the phones and 1 phone was like a toy was a poor choose of phones (my touch LG). I called everyday and couldnt get pass the auto-service. Took the day off work to handle this phone problem speak with 4 people total and spending over 97mins.in the store on the phone and they refuse to do anything with giving me the contact price on buying a new phone to fix this problem.
