Used phone passed off as "new"

Me and my husband just switched from Verizon to T-mobile and ordered the my touch phones online. When we received our phones we could not activate them because the sim cards had already been "used and cancelled". We had to go to the local T-Mobile store and it took 2 hours to get them up and running. I didn't even get to keep my old number because I didn't want to wait another who knows how long before they could be ported.

Then some of my aps wouldn't work and I got an error message that there was a problem with the SD card. Obviously these were used junk and they tried to pass them off as new. I now have to wait for them to send me a new SD card to fully use my phone and I'm sure I will get charged the full amount and they will not deduct anything off for all my trouble. None of the people from the 1-800 number know what the hell they are doing and claim they are taking notes about your account, but none of the three people we spoke to between me and my husband, and even Megan at the local T-Mobile store noted that they had made any notes about our account. Also, my husband's head phones had a button broke off of it! These were supposed to be brand new. If I have any more issues, I plan on shipping all their used crap back to them and to cancel my account - I will go back to Verizon where I didn't have any problems. It also seems that by reading other complaints they also rip you off on your bill - we will see, I haven't received one yet. It's supposed to be $79.99 plus $60 for each phone so it should be $199.99. I'll keep you posted.
