I was called on 12/28 by the above said people and was told that I could cancel my membership if I called by Friday, 12/30. I have tried all day to get in touch with them to cancel the membership by telephone. When I call all I get is a recording and when I try to email them I can't get the email to go through. I do not want the card, but if they won't answer the telephone or let my email go through then how do I cancel? When I try the email address all it does is disconnect. Help! Sandra Collins Carter
