I got a call from somebody that I qualify for a credit card and that will improve my credit. First, I didn't know how they got my information. I told the rep I wasn't interested. Then few days later I got a call from them again. So the sale rep took so much to explain it to me and told me if I give them the necessary info it will take about two weeks to process and I have the option of calling to cancel. When I did my research and found out that it was a scam, I called to cancel but I was given the wrong number. Then I checked my bank account and saw hat I was charged already about $70. I have been trying to get intouch with and I sent hem an email to refund my money and cancel the membership. I didn't get any email back from them. And this was in July and ever since, they have been charging my account $19 every month. They never canceled or sent any credit card.
