I called CIC Credit Monitoring this morning to cancel a membership that I do not want. I got a message about high call volume and to email them if I wanted to cancel a membership.
The phone recording was vague at best. They do not include any instruction as to the type of information that is needed to cancel a membership.
The last thing I am going to do is email them my SSN or debit card number. How do I get rid of them?
