I recieved a charge for $79.95 on my credit card after viewing my free credit report. I sent an email to cancel my membership over a year ago. I was never sent a return email saying my membership was not canceled or contacted again.

I called and disputed the charge and asked to be removed as a member and they asked for my credit card number, ss number, and birthdate, all of which I refused to give. They finally used my email address to pull up my account and told me they would cancel my membership, but could not give me a transaction number, so we'll see if my charges are reversed, but the whole process is a rip off.
