Bought a sample product for just over £6 but the above sum was taken without my authorisation. I cannot obtain a telephone number to sapeak to anyone. The credit card company wants me to get in touch with them before they can do anything about refunding my money.
It seems as though this company is unreliable. To take money from my credit card without authorisation is unethical.
