Revitalize Health and Beauty have been deducting approx $72 a month from my credit card and sending perfect radiance serum with out authorisation for the order, i only applied for a sample to try, i have not been able to contact the company via email or phone, the phone number on despatch note is 44 (0) 808 168 3684. I cannot stop my credit card from being detucted and i also cannot cancell my credit card due to reasons for other usage.
