You can't cancel your free trial online. You have to call. When you call, you are directed to an automated cancelation. 5 months go by and I notice that I have been charged $4.99 a month despite the fact that I canceled my subscription (I know, I should have seen it earlier). When I call to set things right, I find it is NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A LIVE PERSON ON THE PHONE. And then they have the balls to tell me that unless I talk to a live person, the cancellation does not count. I had to call twice and talk to 3 different people before they would refund me. This company SUCKS. Do not go anywhere near these scumbags.
