This site (BlueMountain.com) makes it impossible to talk to a live person about a billing error. There is no contact information on the site and the site makes it difficult to find the phone number necessary to call to cancel membership. The number called is completely automated with NO option to talk to an operator, no matter what.
Membership is charged a year after signing up for the initial trial and no notice is given via e-mail or other form so the charge could sneak by if you're not paying attention. This site is devious in its deliberate obfuscation of any kind of contact information, billing procedures, or substantive help. Their attempt to fleece people of a measly ten bucks is ludicrous and the company has no system in place to reimburse or even address customers who have legitimate issues or problems.
Their business plan must include this purposeful inscrutability and is not recommended in any way.
