I went online and accepted the "free" 30 day trial, and canceled after 5 days. I was billed $2.99 2x times, even though I never even completed the "free" trial before canceling. When I called to complain, I was told that I signed up for the service, which I did not do. I read all the fine print and made sure I was not signing up for anything which related to me being billed for the trial. I also could not cancel online, but had to call an 800 number, which I did twice, and both times was told the service had been canceled, but when I called the second time, the rep said she had no record of my closing the first time. I now am holding a cancellation number in my hand. If they bill me a third time I'll get my credit card company to reverse the charges... I will never do business with Blue Mountain again..
