On 12/13 I order two Android Pads for Christmas gifts for my grandsons, and paid extra for 2-3 days shipping, well they finally arrived the Thursday before Christmas, when they did arrive one of the pads never came on, and Christmas day, Pad two stop working. I have tried several times to contact this company. I am now filling this complaint, but I will be filling also with the BBB. Your company is a very bad experience for anyone ordering on line for the first time. I would like a refund, and I will send those broken homemade pads back to you, you know people work to hard for there money to let self made companies like this one just take their hard earned money. But you will refund my money back, because I promised those Pads to my grandchildren, and by God they are going to have them.
