I sent for a free sample and was told I would only have to pay £2.95 postage and packing. I received the said items and was overjoyed at the size of the sample. My elation was quickly dispelled when I viewed my bank account and they had taken almost £160 from it. I was devastated. I have tried to phone the company but got a recorded message. I have sent emails to no avail, I am afraid in case they take more money from my account what can I do?
