I ordered a trial sample which was free and was advised to pay only postage & packing of £4.95 received 1 trial sample. On 12/12 £74.95 was taken from my bank account then of 19/12 a further £51.00 was taken from my bank account I did not authorise these amounts to be taken and want a refund of these monies
