Customer service review - Kaspersky Anti Virus 2011

I've been trying to get a response for nearly a week from Kaspersky customer support and have concluded it is much easier to get blood out of a stone! I could use their premium rate telephone number but don't want to have to pay to get advice/support for a product I have already paid for. I bought online, downloaded the program online, received a conformation email online which incidentally is a no return email address! Now they want me to use a telephone and pay for their support?

The Kaspersky software caused my computer to run extremely slowly then eventually prevented my system from booting up. I managed to uninstall it and the computer is now running at the proper speed again I paid for a 12 month subscription and still have 8 months left but without advice from Kaspersky I cannot use the software.

Which makes me wonder why do we pay for Internet access then pay again for protecting ourselves when using the Internet? We pay for any other facility and will hear 'The safety of our customer is paramount!' - so why not for Internet access?
