Why is it so difficult to get online or email support from Kaspersky?
I do not want to spend hours sifting through FAQ's and trying various options to try and sort out a problem with your software! You advertise on your website you have customer support but it seems impossible to get any response! I purchased ONLINE, downloaded ONLINE, you sent a conformation email ONLINE... But YOU want people to TELEPHONE your premium number when they need support??
