Ordered sparkle uggs for my daughter. Did actually receive them, but they were pathetic fakes. Immediately called my credit card company and disputed the charge. Then emails to the website, their "company that processes charges" and the email that replied when I ask if they would be shipped in time for Christmas. Did receive a reply from the billing company to be patient and should have response within 48 hours. Will wait and see, but sure NOT paying for this crap!!!
