Purchased boots for my daughter for Christmas. Website stated the Uggs were authentic. Received Uggs not in a box, but in a plastic bag. I know they are knock-offs.invoice was from Japan or somewhere like that. E-mailed company and ask to fix the problem. Surprise, Surprise never heard back from them. BEWARE!!! DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM or your are sure to be SCAMMED. Lesson learned the hard way.
