I had applied online for a loan. This company contacted me and said I could repair my credit with their $5500.00 credit card and all I had to do was pay the yearly $99.00 fee. I agreed to the fee and told them that I use my fiance's bank account for my banking needs and they said that was fine all they had to have was my verbal okay to take the money from his account. Then I gave the man my routing number and bank account number. Then the following Thursday as he said he took the $99 out... But it came out 2 seperate times using 2 seperate company names. Once was the SPCA thing and the second was the EPC company. Now our bank account ios obverdrawm by $263.00 and it is christmas time and our children are suffering because of this happening. I have tried over and over again to call the 877 # they give you saying it is customer service and all oit says is that there is no rep available and then they have no more room left in the inbox to get voice messages. And the support@epc email address is also a joke and I have sent many emails to them there as well. I am so shocked that this has happened and I hope that something happens to this place and my family gets our money back. What a horrible thing to do to people who are more than likely struggling already.
