I received a overdraft notice for $75.00 from my bank on September 6, saying that Premier Membership Clubs debited my account $99.49. They withdrew it out of my account with out permission. I just called them over 24 times and they finally answered and told me that they are going to refund my account in 15 days. I told them that if they did not that i would file a lawsuit against them. False advertising just to get money from unsuspecting victims is what it is.
The thieves withdrew without my consent! I'm very upset because now I'm short on my Christmas money. I tried calling the number that was on my account; but no luck. Does anyone know what to do?
I am overdrawn because of this. I never agreed to this and it was just taken out of my account. I do not even know how they got access to my bank account. I called the number that my bank gave me, and that was since Tuesday. I spoke to an operator and he claimed that all of the representatives were busy and that it would be cleared in 10 days. This conversation transpired on the 8th of September month it is now the 21st of December, and it has not been rectified, nor I have received a call, and I did give the operator my cell number.
They keep making excuses why I cannot have the money back. I want my money back!
