I have never even heard of this company before and I surly did not authorize them to take funds from my banking account. My bank statement shows a check being removed from my account for 99.49. The check has no check number, no signature (in the signature spot it says authorized by customer), my name appears at the top of the check but my middle or last name doesn't appear... It just says First name Jr. I have reported these as fraudulent charges to my bank and they are currently working to dispute them. The lady I was working with at the bank said she seen this same thing happen to another customer - but the 'check' bounced in his account because he had no funds in his account at the time.
As this happened to anyone else? Was the bank able to get you your money back from these people?
