After reading a great review of this product I decided to give it a try. I cancelled by trial subscription within the 14 days listed on their website but I have been charged twice since then. Both times they charged my account 69.95. I contacted them @877-390-4552 and spoke with a representative. Shortly after I received 4 emails saying they were cancelling my subscription (which i did 17 days ago) and they were going to credit my account in 3-5 business days. So we will see!
