A coworker of mine saw the website for cololean and ordered a free bottle. She showed me the website... It said to try cololean free... Just pay $4.95 s&h. I thought it sounded good, but I'm leary of ordering from websites that I'm not familiar with, so I looked over the website and did not see anything at all about the free just being a trial period. I ordered a bottle too and was charged $4.95. I got the bottle in the mail a few days ago and today, I was charged $69.96 from cololean... Debited the money from my bank account. I called to complain and demand my money back. The man was not very friendly. He told me I shouldn't order something without reading the terms and service and that by ordering, I joined a membership... He cancelled the membership and told me my refund will be applied to my bank account in 10-14 days.
Not good enough. I will go to the bank first thing Monday morning and have the charges reversed back to them.
