I am a recent customer enrolled with TMobile on 11/10.By December 1st. Checking my possible bill discovered that I was charged with this amount I did not ordered, I did not make it. I complained with TMobile Customer service they did not acknowledge my complain and told me they could not do anything about.
I have no idea how this happened, my only recommendation, just be careful and check frequently your bill charges, maybe, maybe somebody will listened to you. No TMobile as of today
