They claimed when I reactivated service on August 26 with a new sims card I got now in the mail 2 weeks later that yesterday on 09/4 I can cancel my service but I would haft to pay a 200 dollar cancellation early termination fee and I told them I just can pay that 200 dollars because I was afraid I couldn't pay my phone bill that I had high bills to pay like cricket phone bill electric bill gas bill and etc. But they also renewed my contract and I asked if they would give me a free phone no we can't do that because you go one in April 1 now I just wanna cancel my service with tmobile but I can't pay the 200 dollars to cancel it so there for I hate this
