I ordered the 30 day trial sample. My plans were to cancel because I experience no need for the product. 10 days to the end of my trial period I received a 2 month supply in the mail. I called customer service and informed them that my plans are the cancel and they should not have sent out the 2 month order. There is a 5 day period prior to the end of the trail period that you can cancel and I cancelled ten days prior and they would not refund my money.
The are defrauding customers becasue whether you want the product or not after the trial period you are going to be charged for the next two month supply. How are you suppose to decide if you want to continue if the AD states on TV that it takes 30 days to expereince what you should if you are not really allowed the full 30 days or at least 25 days.
