I had applied for a loan of 7500.00 and travis walker called me and told me that they had a lender who approved me for the whole amount but because of my credit I needed to make a collateral payment of 1200 so I borrow the money and made the payment only to find out that the lender could request an additional 1200 dollars after the money was sent Travis walker was no longer in charge of my loan process I was transferred to Vincent Davis who is the customer rep the next day when the funds were not in my account I called vincent Davis to find out that the lender withdrew loan I was then guaranteed by Vincent davis that I would be refunded my money back and legal action was going to be taken due to breech of contract and due to this lender withdrawing Vincent Davis had another lender but it was for a larger amount but because I had already given 2400 dollars that should had been enough I thought but he ask if I came up with 1200 more they would put 1200 as a credit from them (SOUTH ATLANTIC COMMERCE) so I did as a dummy he told me that by 6 pm I would see my money in my account but when I did not he reassured me that by noon the next day it would be there but as before it was not because the new lender wanted me to put up the other 1200 to show good faith but all I could come up with is 600 and Vincent Davis said that he had a friend who can put in the other 600 but even after all of these hoops that they put me through never received the loan I have called Vincent davis to find out what the hold up was this time he informed me that the lender wanted an additional 1500 at that time I realized that I have been scammed and asked for all of my money back Vincent Davis tried to convince me to send 800 I told him I was not sending anymore money and asked to be refunded all of the money that I had sent plus all the fees and he agreed he told that the refund would be returned on dec 7 the earliest. I was calling him every other day to make sure the money was going to be refunded every time he would assure me that it was and one day I call and the phone was disconnected. I then contacted the BBB of Atlanta and put in a claim but because the address is not valid the is no other action that they could take. The only documents that I have as proof are the first loan contract and all of the western union receipts and I also recorded some of the conversations because I was not 100% sure because of the loan breech.
