I was promised a loan to pay for my daughter's college by a Mr. Vincent Davis from 10/31 thru 11/10, when I finally demanded the money back. It came to almost 5000.00! I sent them money because he "guaranteed" if I sent the money in each time I was"guaranteed" a 10,000 loan"by the next morninr." When I demanded a refund, he told me he couldn't get it to me until 11/27. This never happened. Now I can't reach them by email or phone. This company is guilty of theft by deception as well as grand larceny. I have written the Attorney general of both PA and Georgia to no avail. Please help!
