My mother has just received a cheque for less than half of what was calculated on the web site. There was no prior offer by telephone, e-mail or post just the cheque. We want to refuse the money and have the gold returned but are concerned as to whether we will receive all items sent and in what condition they will be in. If items are missing or damaged, and the cheque is cancelled, we will have completely lost out. What is the best solution? Can any one advise on having goods returned? Con! Avoid at all cost
