I was led to believe that I sent away for a free trial offer which I did and paid the postage and never thought anymore about it. I received the package and started using it and found it quite good. I received my card statement yesterday and noticed that the above amount has been taken out of my account without my permission.

I am so annoyed that they have done this just a couple of weeks before Christmas. It has made me feel quite ill! How do we get this money back and stop them from doing this again. I wishe to cancel my on going order immediately. If they require the remaining product I will be glad to send it if it means I have nothing else to do with them. This is the first time I have used the net to purchase anything and I think it will be the last.
