Asked to enter a free trial which I did and paid the postage and never thought anymore about it. Just noticed that the above amount has been taken out of my account without my permission.
I am so annoyed that they have done this just a couple of weeks before Christmas and I just cannot afford it. It has made me feel quite ill! How do we get this money back and stop them from doing this again.
