As many people do during this time of year, I carefully evaluated what products I wanted to purchase for my families Christmas gifts. I found that eglobal had the best prices for the low level electronics that I was wanting to get. I made a purchase from this website and all the reviews of the products were 5 star. After a week, when my order still said "new order" I decided to call the 800 number for customer assistance to simply check on the status of my order. I called this number five times a day for over a week, with no answer. I e-mailed the company with a response that was a copy of the disclaimer stating that processing happens with in the first 24 hours. After all this, I finally did a search on the Company, and I should have done this first. It seems as thought thousands have been scammed. I have talked to my bank and the bank said I have to wait until 15 days to receive my products and if I dont receive them, them I can file a dispute with Visa and hopefully get my money back. I sent this info to my local news station. This company, as I have noticed is listed on Every electronics site as a sponsored advertisement. I found mine on Amazon and I reported them, I also found them tonight on a scam page as a sponsored ad. Stay away, unless you want a hassle
