I ordered two netbooks from eglobal for Christmas presents for my two kids. I placed my order the day after Thanksgiving. My account showed an authorization fee that went away after ten days. I then e-mailed the company twice and they responded that I would receive them before Christmas. I have been trying to contact them by phone and no one ever answers. They have not responded to my last two e-mails. My bank showed a charge on Dec. 20th and I thought that there might be a chance for them to come. I finally received a tracking numbner and my package shows to currently be in Flordia. I seriously doubt that it will be here and I'm very disappointed that I have been scammed. These were my kids' main Christmas gifts and they will be sadly disappointed. Another thing that makes me ill is that I referred my sister and a friend to this company and they are experiencing the same problems that I am. I am just sick. I wish someone could help me and I wish I had checked out this company before I bought from them. Every review I read says that they take forever to ship and that the products are of very poor quality.
