We ordered 2 7" tablets from eglobal online 12/1. I kept going on line to check my status of this order. I tried calling several times but I would be put through to voicemail. I left my name and number several times, but no one ever called back. I left 2 work order tickets and finally on the second ticket I got a response saying sorry for the delay but due to the holiday season there was delayed processing times. On Dec 16 I finally got ahold of a service rep named "Tony" who reported to me our order would be sent out Fri Dec 16 or by the latest Mon Dec 19. He garaunteed me it would arrive by Thurs Dec 22. While I was on the phone with him he talked me in to an upgrade for both tablets totalling $70 additional dollars. Monday Dec 19 I got an email confirmation saying they shipped but when i tried to look up the tracking number with usps it was invalid. My husband got a hold of a rep who garaunteed it would be here by Fri Dec 23. I see eglobal has charged our bank account $226 and we recieved no tablets. I am heart broken as this was going to be our 2 sons main christmas gift. What a scam. When you listen to their recording while you are on hold forever it states they are 5 star in customer service.
