Ordered three items 09/12 Credit card charge immediately 53.67. After 45 days receiced two of the items. Third item, vaporizer 38.37 was removed form order due to not in stock. Wrote emails requesting refund amt back to my credit card acct. No response from them about my email requests for the refund back to my cc acct. Disputed the charge with my cc company 12/08. The 800 number is only a recording. I should have paid more attention to the complaints against ths company on the internet. Low prices should not be the main reason for ordering products online. Customers BEWARE, call them first. See if they exist and reply to emails promptly. These frauds can scam big bucks if we don't investigate and call them before ordering first.
