Same as 2/28 other complaint, my order was in that same "lost in the mail" package, only I ordered multiple retro51 pen products and not so willing to give in. I have emails spanning January through today, April 19.in short, they constantly promise shipment, but seldom deliver.
Because of multiple item order I have agreed to accept alternative items for some of the ordered products, but now I am down to two items andMr. Jobin still refuses to credit my card for the undelivered items. Even shipped me the wrong product, sent me e-mail indicating one of the last two items was shipped, along with a return envelope AND a promise to credit my card for the remaining item not available... None of the above has happened. What a ripoff and a flat out liar Mr. Jobin and his staff are. I will make a report to Retro 1951 company next as Mr. Jobin says it is all Retro's fault.
Buyer definitely beware... Website does NOT reflect current inventory, customer service is a farce, they are quick to charge your credit card but absolutley will not provide you with a refund for undelivered items, even after numerous e-mail requests for a credit/refund. Do not try to work with them, dispute the charge with your credit card company... I have been "working" with them for months and they refuse to give me my money back or deliver the merchandise.
