I ordered some items from the online store in November. My card was immediately charged. A few WEEKS later and no items sent I received an email telling me one item was back ordered I could choose a substitute and she would ship the next day. I selected a new item and a few more weeks went by with nothing arriving in the mail. I sent several emails with finally a response telling me the items were on the way. It has been over two months. She does not return my emails and has not responded toy repeated requests to refund my money. I managed to get her home and cell number and I have left messages with no reply. I found numerous other complains online about this website. They don't even have a phone number or address posted. Fraud just to get your money and credit card! Not only am I out money but now I'm having to monitor my credit card!
