I applied for my unabridged birth certificate on 17 Sep 2010 - it's 4th Feb now and I still don't have it! Apparently the case has been 'elevated' but every week I call back they still don't have 'feedback'. Feedback on what!? How long can it possibly take to generate a piece of paper?
