I applied for my unabridged Marriage certificate in July. Only two weeks ago in Nov I was told that the department had lost my Bi30 form and I would have to re-submit. I subsequently resubmitted these forms, but the department still cannot tell me when my unabridged marriage certificate will be ready. I need it for my UK spousal visa. My husband and I are moving to the UK in December but without my marriage certificate I cannot apply for my visa and thus cannot accompany my husband to the UK. I have now been waiting five months.
