Grout bully was ordered from a t.V. Ad, when it arrived many weeks later we were shocked to see the 52.36 shipping charges for this small item. After calling to complain that not only did the product not work, but the shipping and handling was outrageous, we were told to return it with a full refund. After a week I received a 20.00 refund to our checking account, which only covered the product cost. On top of this I paid over 9.00 to return this stuff. Now I cannot find a phone number or anyway to contact this company.
