I'm posting this for the sake of others who've had problems with Grout Bully and been unable to contact them.
I ordered Grout Bully on 01/03 after seeing the T.V. Ad. It's been more than six weeks. I sent an e-mail asking them to address this issue but have yet to recieve a reply.
Today (02/22) I finally spoke with a representative (Susie 1203 306 5762) who informed me that the company was overwhelmed by demand and that the warehouse was working frantically to get product out. I informed her of the number of complaints on ScamBook and said "It doesn't look good for you guys." I asked if I could cancel the order to which she said yes. I have, however, chosen to wait a couple of weeks.
The phrase 'There's a sucker born every minute' comes to mind, but I'd like to give this 'product' a try (if it even exists lol).
