We ordered Grout Bully from the Shopping Channel at a price of $19.99 plus shipping and handling. A second supply of Grout Bully was offered free of charge, with only shipping and handling added on to the original order. I was informed that the total would be $38.39 USD We paid using Visa. I later saw a bill after 5 weeks or more for $74.89. I ordered it in January and still have not received the product.
