I'm a newbie and did not fill in all the info needed, so I'm having a REDO

I used paypal with this seller thinking it was a safe seller because of their registration with PayPal. After repeated requests using the above email, I never received a reply. Never received a order conformation#, shipping info, shipping tracking #. I opened a claim with PayPal. The seller sent them a "shipping confirmation" and PayPal dropped my claim as solved.
