Found a great deal on their website for a camera that was listed as "in stock." Website said "You should receive an email shortly confirming your order." I never received an email and contacted them the next day. Spoke with a REALLY rude man who first tried to sell me more batteries and memory cards even though I repeatedly told him that I already had them. Then he finally told me that the camera I ordered is back ordered 3-4 weeks and they need to change their website. I got into a argument about their business practices and was told "Do you want to waste more time, cancel your order, or just wait on the back order?" Then I was hung up on before I could cancel. My credit card has not been charged, and I have contacted the bank. I tried to call again and the number was busy.
